Peter Lamb
Peter first started acting in high school, participating in school musicals; he continued acting at university whilst completing an arts degree. He started performing professionally in the Brisbane theatre scene in the mid 1980’s After working extensively in Queensland, he moved to Sydney in the late 90’s to perform with the Bell Shakespeare Company, playing Macbeth in a touring production.
Peter has performed in many shows with Bell Shakespeare, and worked with many notable directors, including Steven Berkoff, Jim Sharman, and of course, John Bell.
He has appeared in a number of Australian television series over the years including guest roles in productions such as Underbelly Two, Wild Side and Bastard Boys. He has had ongoing roles in Fireflies, All Saints and Home and Away.
In film, he had roles in the Matrix Reloaded and Matrix Revolutions, Chameleon Three, and South Pacific.
He has recently appeared in the Australian films Accidents Happen and Broken Hill and is currently working on his first novel and co-writing his first screenplay.
