All the people of Broken Hill would love to see this movie. Can’t believe that it has been shown in Melbourne but not in Broken Hill.
Anything we can do to get the movie shown in the city that shares its name with you?
Regards
Fiona
Great site…keep up the good work.
Way to go Dagen!! The movie looks awesome. Can’t wait to see it. I agree with the others… bring it to AZ!

This site rocks!
The trailer looks wonderful! Please bring it to Virginia.
I had the privilege of attending the press screening in Salt Lake City. Wow! The music was stirring, the film top notch. Anxious to see it again!
I echo the comments about bringing the film to AZ. I can’t wait to see it!
Is this coming to London?
Will this film be coming to New Zealand?
I was born in Broken Hill Australia so would love to see it here so all my kiwi friends can see where I grew up.
Looks great.
I grew up in this town and really know his feeling and maybe some of his experiences.….. can’t wait to see this movie!!
The promo looks great! Luke Arnold looks great on screen awesome choice. I haven’t seen the movie yet but has a great feel. Timothy Hutton even in the short brings a great presents to the production.
I’m sure that I’m one of many who has been following this film for a while now. I heard it won an award in Europe. I’ve talked with people that have had the privilege of seeing a sneak peak of it and they said it’s really great. I’ll probably see some of you at the theater!
Playing one of the prisioners in Broken Hill was the most fun I ever had on a movie set. There was some long cold days shooting in the outback and in the city of Adelaide, South Australia.
I must say that this was the most fun that I ever had on a movie set. Dagen has to be the smoothest director that I’ve been on the set with. He really made the long days fun and even took in a little input at times.
Off screen was a laugh a minute. Everybody had stories to tell and even mind got a few chuckles.
It was a tough but fun film to act on but worth every minute.
Oh yeah, young Luke is all that and a bag of chips as they say. Great fun working with you.
I am excited to see this movie! This must be a movie about the reconciliation of contrasts (manual labor vs musical composition, youth vs adult inmates, he even has black hair and she is blonde). I like that the main actors are new faces because the expectation of what they will deliver is wide open.
The outback is remote and yet suprising in the life it sustains and so I think this is the perfect setting from which an underdog can raise his musical talent into a recongnized reallity.
Thank you for making this film!
Looks interesting. I’d like to see it. When will it be released?
fantastic trailer, great soundtracks cant wait to see movie in the UK
As one of the founding circle members of Audience Alliance I have been eagerly looking forward to this first big film. From the trailer it looks like the wait has been worth it. I loved the script as well, and under Dagen’s direction it looks to be a winner. Good casting and great scenery. Bravo to all involved. Can’t wait to see it!
Wow!. What a great trailer. Looks like they packed a lot of story into that movie. I can’t wait to see it.
I look forward to the film in AZ
Will it be coming to theaters in Canada? It looks good.
Bring it to Arizona! There is a large population of people that will want to see this.
